To further this goal, I am offering an 8-week course called “Moms’ Survival Kit” through the Durango Rec Center, starting mid-March. Info will be available through the rec after Feb. 16 and registration starts on the 19th.

MEET TINA

Hi! I’m Tina! My mission is to help people reduce stress and create more joy in their lives. I do this by offering information, products, and programs that I have found to be helpful in my own life and in the lives of my friends.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer working through the Durango Rec Center. I offer personal training, health and wellness coaching, and a group fitness classes called “Healthy Mama Group”. I also run the Facebook Group “Healthy Mamas Group”. If you’re on Facebook, come join us!

MY LIFE IN A NUTSHELL

I grew up south of Salt Lake City, Utah, attended and graduated from Brigham Young University, got married and now have three children ages 5-12. My family and I live in beautiful Southwest Colorado about 15 miles outside of Durango, Colorado.

As I deal with typical wife and mom challenges, I research and experiment with how to keep all the balls rolling without losing my mind or my health. I’ve written books on marriage and family and am currently writing a cookbook titled Five a Day the Easy Way: How to Trick Your Kids Into Eating More Fruits and Vegetables.
